We rely on 3rd party services (like Google, Yahoo! and a multitude of other sites), we can't guarantee we'll be around forever because, well frankly, we can't control that spigot. If Google decides tomorrow to shut down our access to search results, well, we're all S.O.L. If either Google or Yahoo! disable our access, we can no longer continue to operate and will do our best to refund the as much of our user's unused credits as we can afford. We can't guarantee anything, but we will be as transparent as we can if something as disastrous as that actually happens.
